profile magazine is the creation of publisher, Genine Howard. With a love for the Coast and its people, Genine has created a niche product that has been embraced by the local community. Genine won the 2009 Sunshine Coast Business Women Network’s (SCBWN) Micro / Small Business Woman of the Year, is an executive on the board of the SCBWN and is also President of SunnyKids, a Sunshine Coast-based charity that helps children reach their full potential.

"Each day I get to meet and write about women who inspire me. In particular, the Sunshine Coast never ceases to amaze me in the number of entrepreneurial women here who have created their own success. My passion is to help other women find their own success, so I created a magazine to do just that - profile magazine.

My magazine aims to showcase the men and woman of the Coast who we can look to as role models - people who can inspire us to be better business leaders, friends, partners and better to ourselves.
